Practical software, built for how communities actually run.
Shrios Software Technologies builds cloud-based products for housing societies and community-managed spaces — starting with SecureReside, our society management software.
Why we build focused products, not generic ones
Shrios Software Technologies started with a simple observation: most housing societies still run on spreadsheets, paper registers, and WhatsApp groups — not because they don't want better tools, but because most software built for this space is either too generic or too complicated to actually use.
So we build focused products instead. SecureReside, our society management software, covers the day-to-day running of a housing society — the gate, maintenance billing, accounts, complaints and community — and is designed around how each of those jobs actually gets done, not a one-size-fits-all dashboard.
What guides how we build
- Design around real, everyday workflows — not idealised ones
- Security and tenant isolation from day one, not bolted on later
- Stay involved after go-live — support is part of the product
Software shaped by the people who'll actually use it
Listen
We start from real conversations with committees, admins, and residents — not assumptions.
Design
Every screen is designed around the actual task, for the role that will use it.
Build & Test
We build to our own engineering standard, the same one behind every product we ship.
Support & Improve
We stay involved after go-live, and ship improvements based on real feedback.
Our approach
Built for Real Use
We design for how societies actually operate, not for an idealised workflow.
Security First
Role-based access, secure password handling, and tenant isolation are built in from day one, not bolted on.
We Stay Involved
From onboarding to ongoing support, we're a message away — not a ticket queue.
